They were on schedule, finished quickly and left a clean site. Very clear about the scope of the project and gave us a great-looking roof. We have since hired them to replace our home roof as well.

I had Covenant install a metal roof for me a few months back, and the work was average. They never achieved perfection, lacked respect towards me as a customer, and despite my multiple requests for the owner to call me back, he never did. The reason I am writing this now is that every time I look at the roof, I cant help but think, Did I really pay $50K for this?Upon closer inspection of the roofs underside, I noticed several spots where wood should have been replaced but was not. The metal sits unevenly across the roof, some spots are really badly done, the corner treatments were bizarre, and the overall work appears shoddy and amateurish. It is truly unfortunate. I was initially so excited about this roof; I had even agreed to do a video testimonial before the work began. However, no one followed up with me after they came to make fixes while I was not home, which I had specifically requested them not to do. I would not hire these guys again unless they made things right by me, and I doubt they would even honor their warranty. It is a real shame people literally ask me who did the roof so they can avoid them. I suspect they can do better with asphalt shingles, but metal, no way. There is no way Id leave this roof in the current condition for people to see as an example of my work. I recently had ** work on my windows, and the difference in customer experience was like night and day. Next time, I will opt for a national company with a solid reputation.

Awesome from start to finish , very professional. Called on a Friday about a leak , they came Monday to check it out and my new roof and skylight were done on Friday. Everyday I either received a phone call or message of what was happening.

When Kevin came to the house not only was he knowledgeable and professional he took the time to explain everything in the process of getting a new roof and my husband and I did not feel pressured to hire Covenant Roofing. We had 3 other quotes some priced higher and some lower, but as he explained everything Covenant Roofing does and how much longer the warranties are with them as opposed to other companies he was truly correct. We compared our other quotes to his and by far Kevin S and Covenant Roofing was it. My roof was completed within a week and I am extremely happy. A+++

Very satisfied! A job well done. The communication after signing contracct was impecable. I was out of towm but the job supervisor, Adrian was in contact with me about trailer placement and start date. He was right on in both instances. Trailer placement was perfect and the crew arrived promptly at 8 AM to begin. Job was done in one day and Adrian inspected it the next day and removed trailer. County Building Inspector was by the next day to inspect and he signed of on the job.
