They care about and treat their employees fairly. One of the main reasons we decided to go with them. The work done was excellent. I have noticed that a company who treats their workers well, will also treat their customers well.

Covenant uses only direct hire employees, vs. sub-contractors. This has implications if anyone is injured doing the job, where sub-contractors aren't covered by Workmen's Compensation, so their only recourse is to sue the customer. I balanced that against Covenant's higher price and decided in their favor. Another factor was that Covenant was able to require only $2,000 down and got bank financing for the rest, with low APR over 5 years for me.
