I have been in real estate development the majority of my career so I have a lot of experience working with contractors on major development jobs. The Victory Run team led by Matt Connolly stacks right up there with the best in terms of both talent and construction experience. I cannot overstate the importance of the quality of the Victory Run team. No matter who was on the job that day everyone on the team was able to execute seamlessly. Mattâ s partner Dennis Stone is equally as qualified as Matt and they both know what is happening with every job. Mattâ s team recently completed five major renovation projects (two bathrooms, the basement, the outside deck and a new stone patio) at my momâ s house in Bethlehem Township. The cost of each job came in right in line with the original budget and was completed exactly to specifications. I also asked them to incorporate certain safety features into each job for my momâ s protection and they gladly obliged. My mom is up in age and she also felt comfortable working with the Victory Run team. I plan to use them on a kitchen renovation job next and I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about tackling a major project. They have a way of simplifying what can sometimes seem like an overwhelming endeavour.

I needed a basement remodeling and was on a tight budget . Matt provided professional solutions for my ever changing requirements without much change in the expenses. His team was highly professional and knew exactly what was expected of them. All of my family and friends who have seen the work has been impressed by the standards. He is going to be my person for any future projects !

Matt is very knowledgeable about all things construction.He pays great attention to details while inviting your input to design options along the way . He keeps his explanations simple, really makes the process enjoyable with his laid back attitude and advises you on when not to go overboard. He keeps his word and is very respectful of your time and home. If you have a remodeling project of any kind, Matt is your guy. I am so glad we hired him to remodel our basement. If your looking for someone that thinks outside the box Matt is your guy. We did not know what we are looking for when we first met Matt he made us think about things that we weren t even thinking about he was always very receptive to communication his crew always showed up when they were supposed to and the quality of work was fabulous. Handled multiple projects Separating our basement in the two bedrooms building a brand new office space multiple electrical projects and built a fabulous deck on the rear of the house . We interviewed many contractors before we Hired Matt and we never once regret it our decision and couldn t be happier with the work that was completed. Also want to give a good shout out to his team that we worked with Dennis Bill and Jay once again very friendly and top-notch individuals we thank Matt for all his hard work and will definitely hire him in the future if any other projects come up.

I contacted Matt in the late afternoon on Thursday because I needed a gas boiler replaced and my tenants had no heat. Matt quoted me a great price and began installing the unit at 8am the very next day. He was very responsive and my tenants had heat that evening. I would highly recommend him!
