Our technician, Jesus Vargas, has been providing excellent quarterly pest control service at our house for more than a year. He is friendly, careful and thorough. We highly recommend him!! Varsity has also provided termite treatment services. Because of their investigations, a crack in the floor was discovered (under the carpeting) -- which proved to be the entry point for the termites. Since the treatment was administered, there have been no additional sightings of termites in our house!

His thorough inspection of our home was both enlightening and reassuring, especially after the unsettling discovery of a minor termite infestation. Blake's deep knowledge about termites, particularly those common in Arizona, was truly impressive. He shared that our state is home to about 17 species of termites, with the subterranean variety being the most prevalent and destructive. It's astonishing to learn that these relentless critters work 24/7, never taking a break—not even for a siesta! Understanding the enemy is half the battle. For instance, I learned that termites can squeeze through cracks as thin as 1/32 of an inch—about the thickness of a penny. This newfound knowledge has empowered my wife and me to take proactive measures to protect our home, turning our initial anxiety into confidence.
