Our tech contacts us at the door each time he comes to find out if we have seen any insect activity and then asks to have garage doors opened so he can check sticky traps before spraying around the house, and finally going around the house to brush away spider webs

They always show up on the date they promise.Their technicians are very thorough, conscientious, and courteous! Each time they visit each month they perform a complete inspection for spider webs, ask if we are having any problems or have seen any pests, preventatively treat the entire property, and make sure all of our gates were closed to assure our dog doesn't escape. They have routinely gone the extra mile.
