If I could give a negative star review I would as that is what he deserves. The job was to install a ceramic tile floor in our condo. He promised the world and delivered much, much less. We were out of town during the install and he sent us photos and videos. We expected to come home to a beautiful floor, but instead found a cracked tile and uneven flooring throughout. He told us that they cracked the tile on purpose to get it to blend into a doorway and never mentioned the unevenness. We were upset about the cracked tile and he said that he would fix it but that we would not be happy with it. What a response!! I think he subcontracts the tile work and did not want to take responsibility for the horrible work. This is an honest, objective review about this contractor and I hope you will do yourself a favor and avoid him at ALL COSTS! Just a sad, terrible experience and now we live with uneven floors because of his negligence and unprofessionalism. STAY AWAY from VK One!!

Kohuji is extremely professional, and likable with it. He is direct, honest, reliable; and he and his colleague did a great job on the splash-back that we asked him to tile. We would certainly use him again if the occasion arose, and would unhesitatingly recommend him to others
