This crew was fast, friendly and professional . Very little inconvenience and took the time to double check their work and ensure I was happy with the sliding glass door and all the features. Had to clean up a bit outside but not bad and one of the guys even did some vacuuming. Very happy with my experience and was worth the wait.

I can’t believe how happy I am to have chosen (and WAITED FOR!) Universal Windows Direct! It took 16 weeks from signing the contract, to getting the patio door and window made at the factory, to scheduling the install. Today was installation day. After seeing the quality of the products I felt the wait was totally worth it. The installer—Mr. C. Robertson—was obviously an expert window installer. He explained everything and installed the door AND second floor window by himself. Yes, he was his own crew and not one issue or problem came up. I will recommend Universal Windows Direct to anyone who needs a quality window, door, or other service from this company. And kudos to UWD for hiring incredibly skilled installation experts—Mr. Robertson turned a “normal” install into a truly outstanding experience. Thank you!

Rodney and his team - Tyler, Joey and Jordan - did an outstanding job removing and replacing our 17 windows and patio double door. All were very careful to ensure no damage to paint, woodwork and flooring when removing the old windows. All new items were installed square to their original frames, and all four sides of every item were carefully inspected and very well-sealed with caulk and insulating foam. The entire effort - 5 1/2 hours from unload to cleanup - was so efficient that we're certain an additional team member was in hiding somewhere! We are exceedingly pleased with the quality and price of our Universal Windows Direct products, and are absolutely amazed at the diligence, courtesy, and professionalism of this team. This suggestion actually created an impressive look that both my husband and I LOVE and havenâ t stopped commenting on since the installation. Kirk was respectful and not pushy in the least. His sales call was enjoyable, like a visit with an old friend. Not your â typicalâ sales call. The installation team, lead by Kevin was very professional, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Kevin walked me through the features of the windows and screens before leaving.
