    Camden was very informative and friendly. These appear to be awesome windows. Iâ m excited to see these new windows in my home. They look awesome. However, his boss, Kimberly Kinsella, was not as friendly and almost lost him the same trying to dicker with me. But I decided to go with them anyway because of Camdenâ s great presentation and the great quality of the windows.

    Darren came out to our home and presented all the features of the windows. He was very thorough in his explanation and answered all of our questions. We, ultimately agreed upon a price and are really looking forward to seeing the finished project. We were very comfortable with Darren and he did a very good presentation.

    Our salesman Darren is one of the best salesman that I have had the pleasure to work with. Upfront explanations about the windows, honest about the process, and transparency through and through.     Having researched several windows companies, it's clear that some take the path of least resistance and don't necessarily value the personal touch as much. Our representative, Camden Bales, was respectful of our time, our space, and our financial situation when assessing our needs for replacing drafty, original construction-grade windows. He's got a great attitude and is passionate about his job and the company he works for. He answered all of our questions thoughtfully and didn't pressure us. We're actually really excited about replacing these dinosaurs with windows that carry a full, non-prorated warranty we can transfer to the next owners. Would recommend Universal Windows Direct to friends and family.
