We purchased a home which needed a complete renovation of the kitchen and two bathrooms. All three rooms were taken down to the studs . This process caused the entire house to be covered in dust and dirt. The renovation project continued right up to move in day and the place was a mess. Frankie & Nancy came in the day before we moved in and cleaned the entire house. We were amazed how clean the house was when they completed the job. Nothing was left untouched including the inside of our brand new kitchen cabinets. They were excellent and their price was very fair. Highly recommended! Mike Southampton, PA

Nancy and team did a wonderful job doing full extended cleaning of our home before we moved in. We definitely recommend them for cleaning services. They are extremely professional and do a very thorough job.

I do not like doing this because Frank seemed like a nice guy. He came out for a quote in early November with his partner Nancy. He was extremely confident in his work and boasted a lot about how he does above and beyond.I told him what was important to us. A fixed schedule every other week. He said **of course we will be here the same day every 2 weeks like you asked**. After touring the house and Frank continuing to talk yo their effort and quality we decided to just hire them and cancel the other cleaners appointment that was also made here.We agreed they would come out the Monday before thanksgiving...this was also important to us and a prerequisite to hire as we were hosting -Nancy put it in her book and I said call to communicate if something comes up we just need this done prior to Thursday (thanksgiving).He said we do not do that we are always here on time or early that will not be necessary. Well they no showed, no called that Monday. I reached out via text of course disappointed. He said he had to pick people up from the airport and forgot to call and apologized explaining this had never happened to him before. At that point we really just needed him to come out Tuesday or Wednesday and he agreed to come out Wednesday and make it right. This first visit was to be a deep clean - baseboards, windows, oven, a/c vents etc. Frank and Nancy with showed up with another worker 10 minutes early on Wednesday and began to clean. Frank said he is famous for his kitchen cleaning and making appliances look brand new. To his credit he did an amazing job on the oven & toaster oven. The oven had not been cleaned in a while and he got it looking great. Nancy and the other worker started upstairs. After 2.5 hours I began to think I was surprised they were. Still up there. We only had them cleaning 3 out of the 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. After seeing it I was just eh about it. Did not make beds, fold towels, still some toothpaste in sink (minimal). Our last cleaner would organize my 6 year olds stuffed animals on her bed. She loved that, nice touch. In this case again bed not even made. Our main hangout area is the basement and where we had spent most of our time for the holiday. They spent about 10 minutes down there. The bar sick was completely untouched, bar fridge still smudged in fingerprints and the baseboards also untouched - having 2 boxers it was easy to see their short hair on the white trim of the steps coming down and baseboards throughout. It neither smelled clean or looked it behind the bar, theatre area or kids playroom.Back to the kitchen Frank mentioned as he was cleaning the oven how the kitchen sink had more bacteria then any part of someones house and was always last to be cleaned.Made sense he was using it to scrub greasy oven grates etc.. at that point he was in the laundry room...I noticed the sink was not done and the counter tops covered in crumbs over by the airfryer, the kitchen sink was not clean and there was an area to the side of the fridge where the fridge was untouched and the counter top that sits beside it too.Below there on the floor you could see the grossness from having dogs and that being there eating spot. Did not love their raised feeding area to mop or wipe cabinets. I showed Frank and he acknowledged he forgot there and would get it done. I also pointed out the sink and crumbs almost playfully just because of how much he boasted throughout his initial quote visit and during his cleaning.He reminded come on joe I told you sink is dirtiest place in house and always last.I had to run out to grab some things so my wife and 2 little ones were gone.I came back and the sink was not done, neither was the window above it.The back door in the kitchen that leads to the deck was still covered in kid prints and dog nose smudges. The baseboards untouched or very little care paid to them.I texted him he said sorry they would make it right and we nevr ...
