Our tension spring on garage door broke Wednesday night. I got a hold of uncle Bob s he was willing to come out and fix it that night I told him it wasn t Need it right away but he was here bright and early the next morning.

He educated me on all that he did so I now understand how my opener works. He also made me aware that the springs on my garage door did not have safety wires and was willing to add them at the last minute for me. And I would like to note that Robert went the extra mile by hiding the ugly orange extension cord we had to use since my only outlet is located at the opposite end of the garage - that was a such nice surprise ?.
