From the moment I made contact with Bill about the inspection, to the goodbye after the inspection was done, was nothing but helpful! The whole process was smooth and easy! I greatly appreciated that he explained everything he was looking at and why it was important. Being a first time home owner I was expecting to be overwhelmed and Bill was very reassuring and made this very stress free!! I will definitely hire him again for any future home purchases!!
