Bill is pleasant to work with. He explains what he is doing and what he is looking for. He doesnâ t pressure you to buy extra or to use certain radiation companies, but he will give advice based on his experience. I valued that advice. It helped me to know that other people went through similar situations. Some discovered much worse mold and others had less. He clearly wanted to make sure that our health was not being adversely affected by the mold allergens in our home. He cares about people and on out offering a quality product.

William Kimble was very quick to respond to our search for a mold inspection. He called us within minutes of our search. my wife spoke to him and explained our concerns regarding an occasional odor in our home , We wanted to know if it was a health hazard. William explained about the air samples they could capture and then have them checked at the lab. He came the very next day and took samples and had the lab results the next day and called my wife to tell us no dangerous molds here and emailed us the lab reports at that time. We are glad we found him and would recommend him to our friends. He is very personable and our dog Charlie took to him immediately and followed him around like they were old friends.
