Junior, and Johnny came out to service the A/C. We had a problem with it for a few months, and we just thought it was because it was a record high heat summer. We had Junior come out a few weeks ago and he did a few things to make it better. He told me he would make it even better which he, and Johnny did today.They replaced a part on the A/C (can't remember the name). They also put in new obd registers and it has not been this nice in the house for a very long time. They were very kind and courteous and got it done quick. They are waiting on one more register it's on back order. When they get it Junior will be back to calibrate it. When Junior is involved you know he's gonna get it done right.

Micahela answered our call at 7 am. Our central AC had stopped during the night. She was very professional and polite. Had us scheduled for a 11 AM call outvery quickly. Nathan showed up as our Tech. He was quick and let me watch him go thru our system. Nathan knew his stuff and quickly showed me what was wrong and got us up again and running. It was clear our 25 year old system was on it's last legs and Nathan hook me up to his sales rep. Tim was also very professional and easy to talk to. Tomorrow we are replacing the complete system. I highly recommend this company.

I had a furnace that would shut off frequently and then restart for a brief time. Goettl was out for their annual maintenance check-up and investigated my problem. They determined that I needed an entirely brand new HVAC system and that my motors in the heating portion were drawing too much current and over-heating., hence a new system was required. They gave me quotes for one to five-star systems that were very expensive. I subsequently hired another person who was experienced with these systems and the problem was found and fixed at a cost of less than $400. I am so glad that I did not fall for Goettls expensive new system recommendation as It appears that they are only interested in selling new and expensive systems and do not want to take the time to methodically diagnose and repair systems. I would not recommend them to anyone!
