The True North Team led by Aaron Traywick promptly responded to my daughter and wife when they discovered mold in my daughter’s apartment. He was knowledgeable, comforting and went to work immediately to help resolve the issue. Mold outbreaks are very common in Savannah with its proximity to the river and the stifling heat and humidity. Do not hesitate to reach out to True North when you have water damage or a mold outbreak. Responsive and affordable. 5 Stars without question!

USE THEM!!!! We had a scare with mold and they were the fastest to come out and DID NOT charge some ridiculous fee to walk in your door as other do. They came out, diagnosed the problem, went to get needed supplies and took care of our issue same day!! On top of that, their prices were much lower than I anticipated!!! Oh, and yes, the entire team were friendly and professional!

I had a fairly severe mold problem in my house but decided to do the remediation myself. I consulted with more multiple mold abatement companies. This industry is complicated by a general lack of public knowledge about mold and I felt some of the companies I spoke to were not "operating in the customers best interest". Some companies use scare tactics to run up the bills and are just looking overblown insurance claims. I did not experience this with True North. Nick was honest and forthcoming with helpful information and assisted in navigating the process by helping evaluate the sources of my mold. I also rented some equipment from them to scrub the air. I found the True North team to be very professional and honest, and I highly recommend them.
