The customer service and the tech were great. The work was finished quickly and neatly and he checked to make sure everything was working properly. It was easy to get an appointment. Although I think they charge much less than many others, I still feel it was a lot of money.

Glen Nichols is a terrific representative for this company. He was knowledgeable and helpful for the start of the process. Eighteen months after the installation, there was a problem with the blower motor, and I called Glen. He ensured that the problem was repaired in a timely manner and that the cost to do so was minimal. Can't say enough about this man.

I shopped around quite a bit before choosing True Air. Pete was very knowledgeable and didn't try to push or oversell me on anything. Matt and the crew were very professional, efficient and friendly. Installation was straightforward and quick. The crew were very respectful of my house & property and quick to clean up any messes. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a replacement HVAC system.
