there have been several reviews written about tropical outdoor solutions and they were all 5 star as is my review of them. kyle was out to repair my irrigation problem in palmer ranch the same day i called him. newish pick up truck and for a guy that spends a lot of his time outdoors on his knees, very presentable and neat appearance. he listened to my observations about the problem (sprinkler zone wasn't completely closing therefore beginning to leak out onto the sidewalk. he knew what the problem was and the solution, however, he tried to save me the cost of a new control valve by cleaning and working with it until we both decided that i needed a new one. he installed it after digging down to a level that that exposed the irrigation line after having removed all the mud and water while still staying clean, just amazing. (i said to him i noticed that you have never wiped your hands on your pants, he just laughed) anyway the repair was made, it was checked to his and my satisfaction. he put in a better control valve than the one that was there. his prices were very reasonable. some times for example if you have a leak in your irrigation system, some companies will try to take advantage of your circumstance, not kyle. great job kyle. you are my go to sprinkler guy from now on. i feel very comfortable with you. i've had a couple of bad experiences in the past with sprinkler repair companies (price gouging - stating they worked longer than they actually did for example spent 30 minutes in the truck eating lunch or writing up the bill) so i was happy to see kyle was all business in a friendly way and as i said earlier, his work was excellent, his interest in solving any other problems was refreshing, and his charges were accurate and fair. his company also installs and repairs landscape lighting as well. thanks again kyle for a job well done. steve s
