Highly recommend this company being it provides exceptional customer service and quality workmanship. Chad was my service technician and from start to finish he continually kept me appraised of the work being dones and provided sound recommendations on what needed to be repaired or replaced. Outstanding! Great work and outstanding products they used I had them also install outside lighting. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, neat ,prompt, great work, and very reliable. 110% satisfied. They performed the work according to specifications. Definitely word hire them again and recommend them. To see them (2 owners) work together was amazing. Also very reasonable. They have insurance and Florida license which I required before signing with them. A GREAT COMPANY AND OWNERS.

Quick response to my service call. Knowledgeable and efficient. My only complaint was he was 1 1/2 hour late for appointment and did not call me to advise he was Running behind. Pricing is average.

As I schedule repair appointments I can only guess on time involved to complete the work and how long it will take to arrive at the next stop. I will not typically guarantee an exact arrival time, leave a customer's repairs incomplete or take time from them when on the clock to make phone calls. When you are scheduled after my first stop of the day, I will call when leaving the prior appointment ahead and relay my arrival time. My apologies for any miscommunication.
