Tech came and pondered the problem for a long time with the clock running, guessed at and tried a couple of minor repairs, but did not solve issue - system still doesn't work. Tech doesn't seem to know why. Very expensive service call with no positive result. On the plus side, the tech was courteous and on time, but, unfortunately, the problem with the system exceeded his technical competence.

Thank you for leaving this review as we always appreciate all customer feedback. I would like to provide our description of this scenario from the contractors view to better explain the course of events. Our technician responded to a request for service on a non-typical irrigation system we have never seen operate that had broken PVC pipes at the water source. He repaired the damage, flushed out the badly clogged suction line, rebuilt the leaking inlet fittings at the pump and continually primed and restarted the system in an attempt to restore the water supply. At the end of the day all time and materials used were billed and collected. He then returned the following morning and broke down the pump impeller housing for inspection and cleaning, reassembled the unit, installed a new union and spent an hour troubleshooting the system at no additional cost beyond the first visit. After determining there were no other possibilities he then recommended replacing the pump which was rejected due to the cost. So, to say the technician merely pondered the problem and tried a couple minor repairs is not totally accurate. We feel he did his due diligence in this matter as all appropriate steps were made to troubleshoot this system and the final recommendation was not accepted. In accordance with our typical five star reviews we never choose to leave a customer without an operational system or feeling they have not received top level service and concern for their problems. I can honestly say that the service was excellent ! I received a call back within 10 minutes of my call for service and 30 minutes later someone was at my house working on the sprinkler problem. The pricing was very reasonable and work was excellent and the repairman was polite and knowledgeable ! I will use them again if needed and will definitely recommend their company to anyone who needs their services.
