I hired this company and they delivered structural plans, which were then sent for review. It turns out they weren't right at all. And since then, they haven't responded at all. Very incompetent

I would not recommend this service. I paid $500 expecting a detailed engineering assessment of a basement water issue. Instead, I received a very generic report with no clear root cause, no detailed findings, and no actionable step-by-step guidance.

The assessment and site visit for $500 was conducted, and Engineer's Report was submitted listing the problems discovered and repair recommendations and point of contacts to call. Ms. Singleton wants a specific design drawing plans and calculations, bearing a seal and signature from a Professional Engineer to be submitted together with the Engineer's Report for $500. Preparing a design drawings, calculations and a stamp and signature of Professional Engineer should worth more than $500. I do give a lot of discounts because I am retired and just doing this to help but there are people whom you give a hand but wants your entire arm.
