Trinity Tree and Lawn

Andy is awesome. Very personable, professional, on time, reasonable prices, and was able to help me with a drainage issue, tree trimming, and tree planting. I already have him ready to go in the spring with a variety of other projects....creating raised bed gardens, more trees and a stone path around the house. We really hit it off and had some great conversations while he was here. I'd give him 10 stars if I could!

When we first started this project, Andy called and kept me updated as to how things were going. initially, I would have given a 5-star rating. After the first winter, the stone wall that was installed began to sag in the middle. I called and texted and sent emails. Finally got a response from his wife that he was having some issues so I let it go another year. This year, I have again called, & texted to discuss the wall which has sagged a little more, and have had no response of any kind. I paid a lot of money for this job. The landscaping in the front is fine, it is the boulder wall on the driveway that is a problem. I am very unhappy with not getting any kind of response.

Andy and I hit it off instantly, he's a very intelligent, knowledgeable and personable guy. A drainage issue at the front of our home was complicated by several factors and Andy came up with logical solutions at a fair price. Andy and his assistant, Russ, worked well together and did a very professional job, on time and exactly as we requested. Their efforts greatly enhanced the curb appeal of our home and I look forward to working with them in the future.

Still not finished. Part of work incomplete with the finish date come and gone. I will phone them on Monday and see if they would like to complete the job and some additional details because I have already paid them in full which I should not have. However, if I offer them additional work they may be more likely to return because there is a paycheck involved.

Andy is a very nice person to work with and is very reasonable in pricing when comparing to the big guys.

Andy is amazing at customer service! He always let me know what was going on with his time frame! I will use him for all of my yard needs!!!!!
