Tridel Construction

My quoted 3wk bathroom remodel took over 2 months. The lead project manager shifted from professional to far less and attempted to cut corners diminishing the service, product quality. He undermined the project removing qualified skilled contractors and mismanaged the project overall. Difficult to work with and became threatening to cause me to contact the owner and have him removed, replaced. For these reasons I would never use nor recommend Tridel.

Tridel was very professional!! They took care of all the details and made it so simple for me to pick them. Couldn’t have ask for a better experience with them! Sam was excellent in take care of everything and even made sure the project went as planned!! Loved how everything came out!!

We had a bathroom remodel, and kitchen upgrade done by Tridel Construction, which was all coordinated while living across country. Isaac Prives coordinated the entire project, and we could not be happier with the results. Everything from picking out the tile and fixtures, to making last minute changes. The quality of the work done, and the professionalism was outstanding.

We worked with Henry Rozenthal on remodeling a 25+ year old bathroom remodel! Fabulous process from start to finish, we absolutely love the new bathroom and it will serve as a Christmas/Birthday/New Years gift for at least the next few years haha. This was our first remodel process, and Henry was very patient with all of our questions, comments, and concerns. The whole process took less time (by a few days!) then we were originally estimated which was greatly appreciated. Also loved that we were only without our toilet for around 24 hours - probably the only one bathroom house left in Vegas! Thank you TriDel for the beautiful new bathroom.

Due to a leaky tub my home was in need of repairs and I decided to remodel while I was at it. Arsen did a great job of guiding me through the process. Arsen was also able to point me in the right direction of where to pickup cabinets and other materials as my budget dictated. He checked in regularly and always let me know what was going on. Between Arsen and Alex (foreman) the project ran smoothly with work being done on schedule. Then when the project grew from one bathroom to three in total they handled it with ease. For other projects Tridel will be my first stop.

Tridel Construction has done 3 projects in my home; living room kitchen and family room, and master bathroom and guest bathroom. They have done an OUTSTSANDING job! If you need remolding I highly recommend you call them first. Their workers are professionals and courteous. we have 2 more projects and will be using them again.

Tridel did a great job on my kitchen and the rest of the house, Isaac and his team were professional and did everything per our contract and more. Not only did Isaac and his team did there job per our contract they went above and beyond in some instance. Would i use Tridel again absolutely and i would recommend them to my friends if they want quality work done to there home.

Tridel Construction was wonderful from start to finish. We had flooring replaced throughout our house, painting done throughout the house, had the cabinets refinished in the bathrooms, had toilets and a sink replaced as well as a countertop in the bathrooms, and remodeled the kitchen. Tridel contacted us and met with us very quickly to get the ball rolling on our projects. We first met with Andy Zhukov who went over all the projects we wanted to do and met with us to select some materials. It was a pleasure meeting with Andy and he was always available to answer our questions or send a new cost breakdown when we changed our minds on things. We then met with Arsen Sayyants to sign the contract and begin work on our house. Arsen and his team are amazing! He always took the time to answer our questions, he would check on the work being done, and he made sure that we stayed within our budget if changes were made. He also made some awesome suggestions for our kitchen and bathroom projects. We took his advice and they turned out more spectacular than we had imagined! Our neighbors have projects they'd like done as well and we have recommended Arsen and Tridel Construction to them too. We will definitely be contacting Arsen and using Tridel Construction again for future projects!
