Legendary Roofing

They called right away-fixed my roof damage the same day and were very professional. Angelo kept me up to date the whole way.

I hired Angelo with tri-state on June 11 to try to locate and repair a roof leak. He said he couldnâ  t exactly locate the leak but there could potentially be a leak around the pipes on the roof so he can nail and caulk all of them. He also said if the leak is getting worse, he will come back out. 5 months later he was contacted again because the leak was getting worse. He claims he didnâ  t remember offering any kind of warranty and didnâ  t remember saying he would come back out so if he were to come, it would be an additional charge. I hired another roofer to come to inspect to roof to locate the leak. The second roofer proceeded to tell me I needed my roof pipes caulked and seal the flashings, which is what I already paid Angelo to do. Angelo denies that he didnâ  t complete the job even after showing him pictures provided by the second roofer and refused to come back to fix it. Very unprofessional service.

Angelo did a great job and was very thorough. I thought the price was a little high, but he did a great job and was knowledgeable and friendly.

Very informative. Gave him a four only because I won’t know if what he did will stop the roof leaking. I will know until it rains again. Nice guy thank you for your work. And thank you thank you for coming over so soon. Wasn’t expecting him to be over the same day because it was raining hard. A tip to any contractors careful when you criticize work that has been done previously by other contractors. Not that I am loyal to the previous contractor but you belittle our decision. Decisions to choose a worker are made with the information and researched at the time. Every time I have done work I run into this. Nobody is perfect, nobody. Criticizing a customer’s previous projects only leave us with disgust when your job ends up wanting.

Angelo, with Tri-State come right out and got up on my roof, assessed the problem and gave me an estimate. I told him to proceed, so he went and got supplies and got the repairs done in a couple of hours. He was very knowledgeable and I thought the work he did was very good. When it rains, we’ll know for sure that he fixed the leak.

Angelo was very punctual and informing me with the process, I trusted his experience. He also installed free gutter screen for free included in the price. I would hire him again.
