Michael is a meticulous, experienced individual. He thoroughly explained what was requied to alleviate our skylight (s) issues. We no longer experience any leaking from any of our skylights. He kept us informed every step of the way. He even corrected MAJOR ROOFING PROBLEMS caused by a previous roofing contractor. He could not look the other way and leave it as it was. Michael kept true to his estimate even though he made extra repairs. He is a true professional. We WILL be using his services again, Guaranteed. Finally an honest contractor who does the job!

Had a leaking skylight. Received a call within 15 minutes of my request for repair. Met me an hour later at my house. Showed me what the problems could be and thoroughly explained what he might be able to do. He gave a reasonable quote to fix the problem and within an hour he was done. So far the repair is working as I do not have any leaks in my skylight. I was pleased with the service that I was provided.

A second visit was needed to correct the problem with the fireplace. Both days the tech was very thorough in his work.

He arrived on time. Completed the repairs and check for other possible problems. He recommed that the vent boots should be replace soon. He price price was bit higher that he what he said over the phone, but it was same day service so over all I was pleased.

Tri-County repaired my asphalt roof which had several bad leaks.Previously I had other roofers attempt to fix it, but they all failed. It has rained since Tri-County repaired the roof, and there are no leaks. He was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He contacted me with hours and came the next morning. What a pleasure to have a tradesman who knows how to do the job properly.
