My fan in my older model freezer stopped working. They replaced it and repaired my oven at the same time for a reasonable cost. The part appeared defective bc it was making a loud strange sound and they were very quick to come back and replace the defective part, under warranty. I would definitely use them again.

Very nice guy but could not repair our refrigerator without continuing to spend more and more money on 'what the problem could be'. He could not get the part in and we waited and waited - I ended up ordering online and received the part the next day. He came a couple of days later to install but we ended up having to buy a new refrigerator as it didn't solve the problem. Wasting too much time and throwing away too much food.
