Excellent to work with. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He anticipated what the problem was and brought the right part that needed to be replaced. He fixed my stove, and even fixed the adjacent countertop that was sagging. I wouldn't use anyone else from now on for appliance repair.

Came out next day to service microwave, which he found to be busted. Didn't try to charge extra.
