1.5 hours late (no call to advise of delay). - So my elderly mother assumed they ripped her off, so she stopped check. - Came back home to see that they picked the lock on backyard gate and did the work (no call to confirm work). - Regardless of their poor behavior, she paid them with cash and a 2nd check. She advised them of stopped check due to their negligence. - A few days later, they conveniently called 5 mins. after bank closed and tried to scare my mother into paying them through online Zelle account. They claimed she stopped 2nd check and wanted the money ASAP. After several threatening texts & calls from Terry Tanner's girlfriend / assistant (Jennifer), we had to block both of their phones. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE THAT TRY TO STEAL FROM SENIOR CITIZENS.

I'm sorry that you were unhappy with our scheduling and that you think we picked a lock. Which we did not. But I do believe our other reviews speak for themselves. Once in a while we are going to be less than perfect but stopping payment on not one but two checks before even contacting us was highly unprofessional. How is it stealing when you payed us for the job you signed and approved us to cut for you ? I also noticed you did not have any complaints about work performed !!! Thank you and have a blessed day.

They are way too expensive. I have had 30' trees completely removed for the same price they charged to trim a 12' bush. And although they responded to my initial request right away, It took several days to come out to give an estimate and another day or so to actually do the work.

For the work we needed done, 4 shrubs removed, we felt $500 was a little pricey, but no one else called and we wanted the job done. They cut the shrubs down and said they'd be back to remove the roots when they got enough jobs together to haul around the stump remover. After 3 weeks, my husband started calling and they kept putting us off, until he threatened to give them a bad review. They showed up the next day and a young guy dug the roots out. They could have done that at the very beginning.

We apologize that you weren't perfectly happy. The price was discussed and agreed upon and the timeline for your stumps to be removed at the beginning. You signed the contract and agreed to that timeline for the job. You were fully aware of the timeline. Every other tree service is 6 weeks out. Your particular job required two trips to be completed and for the stumps to be removed. I do not feel you were fair with the review you've left. I guess we can't always be perfect but we do try. Please let us know if you need anything further to make you happy I feel we tried our best. Thank you, Terry

Terry came right out, had bushes cut down the next day, but it was 2 days before he came to grind the stumps. Pricier than another but could get to it sooner.

I had a small tree trimmed in front of home. They came when they said they would, were efficient and cleaned up after. Would recommend them highly.
