Extremely dissatisfied customer. We contracted for damage free removal of several trees (leaving stumps) by insured contractor. We were explained that to assure the property was damage free; we would need to pay for crane service. Furthermore, we indicated the driveway was new, and we would not allow wood dropped on the driveway, and what did we get large sections of trees dropped on driveway leaving cracks. Our neighbor also contracted and explained to Terry that any trees were to be dropped in his yard as he was replacing is driveway. We have 6-feet sections of trees still standing (apparently tree stumps are now as tall as me) We did not get the crane service that we paid for (contractor refused to hire crane, and would not refund the entire cost of crane. Without proper equipment used we now have damage to neighbors garage (yup, dropped tree on it) and a smashed driveway pad caused by them dropping large sections on my new driveway ( have it on camera). After final payment was received, Terry has stopped on communication and refuses to fix the damage to the property, and will not contact his insurance company. Total scam. Do not use.

There is no truth to what you have said. This is an all out attempt to gain something for nothing....i.e.a new driveway at our expense.... Good luck and God bless. Our overall reviews speak for themselves.

Quick to quote. Terry very friendly and professional. Came out quickly to do the work. 2 men came and spent approx 1 Hour. Trimmed Trumpet vines from backyard fence both sides.to top of fence. Cut Down dead Rose of Sharon tree. Trimmed Forsythia bush. Hauled debris away. Raked up areas where debri was. Did good job. Pricey,

When hiring a company, makes sure anything you need to do to prep for job have it done before contacting anyone. To our surprise The Tree Guy was ready to come and do the job SOONER than expected. Very nice people awesome to watch do their job.
