I was referred to Mandini by a neighbor across the street, and I am very glad that I went with them to replace several interior and exterior doors, hardware, and additional window molding too. This has been one of the best experiences Iâ ve had hiring someone to do professional work on my home. "After a night of heavy rains I woke up to a leak in my den ceiling. My roof is 20 years old and has a very high pitch (12/12 pitch). I didn't know who to call so I queried the Next Door app and found Terry from Dynamic Construction Co. Terry arrived approx 2 hrs later and quoted me a very reasonable price. I was expecting that he was going to try to up sell me a new roof for 20k, but I was pleasantly surprised when he told me my roof was in great shape and that all I needed was a 10.00 rubber boot to replace the deteriorated boot on my bathroom vent. "Allshire Building were just what I was looking for. Russ, John and staff were courteous, efficient and professional. Due to the age and size of my house, my orders had to be custom made. They had to install a barn door for my bathroom and a bedroom door. I will be using them for future projects. It was refreshing to deal with the business owners who actually care about their customers/ clients."

"This company is superb. Our yard needed a great deal of work. They removed large overgrown bushes from the front yard and the backyard was covered with lots of different foliage that had grown primarily from birdseed but was up to 6 feet tall. They removed Hall of the foliage and bushes and then graded our entire yard and put sod over the yard. They also fixed the deck and stained it and fixed many other things around the outside of the house that had been broken because of lack of maintenance. They also put in a new driveway and saved bricks that had been behind the hedge in the front yard. They used them to place a small patio on the side of the house where we needed to put our trash cans and then with the extra bricks they put a path to the backyard and surrounded the sidewalk around the front porch. They did the latter without charging us. They also sloped the backyard so that it was no longer the swamp that it had been because we had been the lowest backyard in the area. They did a superb job on everything. Mike, the owner, has been extraordinarily helpful in many ways. I have called him to ask him for help in figuring out whether he can complete a task or to recommend pros who might be able to do the work. He came over last week and spent over an hour with me going through the house and looking at the things I needed to be done. While he was there he fixed two things, that he said or very easily done but they would not have been easily done for me. He did not charge for the visit or for fixing the two items. He also looked at another area because our heat was not working well and he determined what the problem was and who I should call to fix it. Because our resources are a little bit limited, he helped me to prioritize the projects. He is a very kind and compassionate person. He demonstrated complete honesty, integrity and trustworthiness throughout the extensive work with us At some point in the future, we will add another room on to the house, and we fully intend to hire Mike and his crew to build it. I recommend Mike and his crew to work with anyone on any project, without reservations. I cannot express how much we appreciate him and how he worked with us. He told us when he did not think that we needed something that we thought we might need, and though adding this would have increased his income, he was very clear that we did not need it. This is typical of him. He does what is best for whomever he is working, Explains what he believes they need and why, and also explains what they do not need and why, thus minimizing cost for the person or people with whom he is working. I very strongly recommend him, without any concerns or reservations. Included the cost of all the materials it was not just the cost of the project."

"My wife and I hired Diamond Developments (DD) to completely remodel our master bathroom shower. Remodel consisted of tearing out the old tile, fixtures and sub structure and replacing with new Prior to the work, we had the custom glass shower doors and partitions removed by our local glass company that installed them many years ago. We wanted to use the same glass for this current project. DD assigned Justin and Anthony to our remodel. From day 1 , they were always on time and ready to work. Floors and stairs leading up to the work area were covered with heavy duty paper and plastic for protection. At the end of the work day , the work areas were cleaned and organized for the next. They were helpful and would give a daily summary of work completed and what the next dayâ s work plan was. We never had to guess . The tile remodel was all subway tile with custom inlays and niches. The work was beautifully and precisely performed by Justin and Anthony . Our glass guy was called back when the project was done. and was able to use ALL the old glass He remarked that this never happens and was totally impressed as were we at the work completed by DD. Our new master bath shower project was completed beyond our expectations and performed by quality, conscientious , professionals. My wife and I are very happy with Paul and his team from Diamond Developments and will use them again for future projects. Thank you !"

""WOW" has been the reaction of everyone who has seen my remodeled house. I was referred to Mark Clements of MHRAC concerning a crack above my living room window. During the inspection it was found that the crack was due to termites and a few weeks later it was discovered that the damage, in different extents, was throughout the whole house. The initial plan was to repair the damaged areas, but eventually for everyone's peace of mind, it was decided to expose all wood and rebuild with new framing, drywall, floor replacement around the exterior of most rooms, then carpet and paint. This project was not in my plans as I was nearing retirement, but since I was already having extensive work done, I listened to Mark's suggestions and decided not only to repair but also upgrade my 40 year old house. MHRAC stayed within my budget and did everything to keep costs down. I ended up with a new house which now has updated electrical, a new roof and furnace, a remodeled kitchen and bathroom, and a cleared out basement with an epoxied floor and half bath. I am totally pleased with the results and am happy to know that maintenance that would have become necessary eventually, has been done at a reasonable cost by a trustworthy contractor. Mark researched termite infestation, talked to other contractors, and consulted with Orkin, the company treating the termites. He brought with him very professional and friendly work crews. Many of the inspections included comments on a "job well done". I was made aware of all damages, and was immediately notified of any problems that arose. I was updated 2-3 times a week and whenever I stopped by the house I was given a tour of the progress and brought up to date on what would be next. I was consulted for any decision and often went with Mark to select a purchase after he had already researched for the best deals. I have been back in the house for almost a month and everything is going perfectly. I have had a chance to see and use everything. I would not hesitate to recommend MHRAC for all home repairs."
