Very satisfied. Helped me through tough times clearing and cleaning after my husband's death. Has a lot of contacts and information on how to donate and sell items I no longer want. She delivers the donations herself and put me in touch with an auction house to make extra money. The first visit we made progress and she let me work on basement myself then the second visit made it possible for me to finish. Next time we're going to tackle the garage. This has taken so much pressure off me.
