He has power washed, finished a laundry closet, caulked kitchen and bathroom surfaces, cleaned up our basement, property, refreshed the patio surface and handrails. We are having him do our 25 year old roof as well. He has taken his time to explain everything, materials, cost , how and why. We are very lucky to have found Transcend Contracting. Alex is an amazing contractor. He has done multiple renovations in our home. He is a very skilled carpenter. His painting is sheer perfection. Projects all done to perfection: Repaired and painted the lower level of our townhouse; installed a new window; renovated bedroom closet, linen closet, built a new ledge in the laundry room; renovated the bathroom; multiple repairs throughout the house. He is an amazing person - polite, courteous, patient and sincere. His work is always perfect. He can do anything. He is the only person that I trust. I highly recommend him.
