However it became apparent that my 25ft bluestone walkway to the front door was in need of immediate replacement, and Toledo LLC and team handled the job beautifully, it's their specialty; this included completely removing faulty flagstones, removing an entire dump truck of existing cement, pouring new cement base, and replacing/installing a new walk with new stone, then replacing sheetrock on a wall adjacent to the walkway which had water damage due to the old faulty installation. If you have patio, masonry, flagstone or similar project requirements, consider hiring Toledo. The dedicated team showed up on time to my job every day and worked meticulously. I was not expecting to find such a great masonry contractor."

"We feel like we hit the jackpot with Cedar Point! We hired Lou for a chimney inspection and cleaning, and he was able to get us scheduled within days of initial contact. Lou was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. He thoroughly explained the process and made us aware of things we needed to understand about how the chimney is structured and what should be addressed each time it's cleaned (I can't imagine hiring anyone other than Cedar Point for this type of work, but if we ever have to, we at least know now what questions to ask). "OK. In New York, this is THE PLACE to call. On the nearly hottest day of the year my A/C broke down during the night. I called at 8:30 am next morning, a SUNDAY, and at 9:00 a serviceman called me. He said he could be there at noon if that was OK. I was SO GRATEFUL and SO SURPRISED TO FIND THIS KIND OF EXCELLENT SERVICE IN NEW YORK. I had the service of a certified HVAC Mechanic ON A SUNDAY! I can't rate this higher but I would give it a 10 if I could. The man arrived right at the time he said he would, had all the equipment, did the job, cleaned up (!) after fixing the unit. WONDERFUL. EXCELLENT! I called several other "emergency A/C" places. Full mailboxes, closed till Monday, and so on."
