Top Tier Cleaning And Painting Services, LLC

Recently our basement was flooded due to a water main break. This created a giant mess in the basement that another service is dealing with. However, this cleanup created more mess in the rest of the house with workers walking through the house, pets going down into the basement, and tracking mud upstairs and dust created by the cleaning. We hired Top Tier to do a thorough cleaning of the upstairs to include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc. We received nothing from them aside from general scheduling communication; pricing, when they would arrive and so forth. They sent two ladies who arrived on time, were friendly and cordial and did a reasonably good job with what we asked them to do. They had us sign an electronic app to record when they arrived and when they left (although they did take about a 10 minute (1/2 hour) break that they did not ask us to sign for) but nothing about payment. They left our house about 5:45 pm. The next morning at about 9:00 am THEY SENT THE POLICE to our house because we had not paid them yet. When we checked later, my wife had received several ranting text messages the evening of the cleaning demanding payment by 10 pm or they would go to the city clerks office to PUT A LIEN ON OUR HOUSE!! We had not seen these because she turns her phone off in the evenings. IT HAD BEEN LESS THEN 24 HOURS and they tacked a $45 late fee onto the charge. Honestly, if they had asked for payment immediately upon completion we would have been happy to comply, it was just never discussed. I would advise against doing business with this company. They are BATS CRAZY

The professionalism was great from start to finish. Very detail oriented, amazing customer service and affordable. I have hired this company many times. I love the fact that they have cleaners to clean up after the paint job was done. I give this company 5 stars
