From the beginning with the phone inquiry to see who we could hire as a home inspector Steve asked good questions and made suggestions as what a proper home inspection should include. Steve and Jonathan were early to the appointment and started the inspection right away. They were thorough and explained everything in each step of the inspection. They used industry jargon and proper terminology but they were sure to stop and explain in layman's terms everything. Every inch of the home was covered and therefore it took a long time, but if the inspection saves money and disappointment in the future I don't mind the time. Both Jonathan and Steve are friendly and professional. I feel comfortable to refer them and have given their cards out to friends already.
