Customer service failed to mention the dispatch fee of $150.00. It would've been nice to know up front. Due to this additional fee, I ended up paying more to install the fan than what I paid for the fan.

I'm sorry if there was any miscommunication. Our Service fee is $69 and the price for removing and installing the new fan was $135. Again, we are sorry if there was any miscommunication.

They where very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go over the project with me to answer all of my questions. We were having issues with the lights in our kitchen and they were able to figure it out and have them replaced by the end of the day. After he fixed them and turned on the lights, I realized what color my kitchen was actually painted. I couldn't tell because it had been so dark for so long. I would recommend them time and time again.

We apologized to Aj for failing to provide him with an estimate before we performed the work on his generator. We were responding to the urgency of Hurricane Irma calls before it approached our area. We appreciate the feedback and will make sure sure to provide one in the future.
