Easy to contact and set up initial site visit and subsequent installation. Kevin returned for the initial start up and discovered a couple of issues related to the original wiring in the breaker boxes, which were corrected the same day. He was thorough and explained all processes as well as options. TopFlight's attention to detail is exceptional. The cost was/is comparable to other contractors and the workmanship was superb. Backup generators are not cheap, but well worth the peace of mind.

They were professional and the quality of work was good! Their price was too high (several hundred dollars to move an electrical outlet on the wall of a bathroom a couple of inches up) but they were available and did good work.

Straight forward pricing and timely

I hired top flight to install a transfer switch for my generator for backup power. The lead electrician on the job Kevin, was highly qualified and up for the task. He notified me of my options went over his preferences for my circumstances and I fully agreed with his advice. I also had a main breaker going bad which he discovered during the process of the install. So I had them come back and replace it at a later date as the breaker had to be ordered. I started to give four stars on value for the money but you can't put a price on peace of mind which is what I have now. I feel confident the job was done correctly and the next time a storm knocks out my power for 10 days I won't lose everything in my refrigerator and freezers plus I'll even have warm water for washing clothes etc. Very pleased with the whole team at top flight highly recommend. Everyone seems experienced and friendly and were more than willing to answer my questions and assured me they would be there for me in the future if needed.

Two electricians from Top Flight fixed my front door bell wiring, installed a master bedroom dimmer, installed my new door bell chime and new door bell security. They were very friendly, professional, and efficient. I called a few places before Top Flight, in which i never received any follow up calls for scheduling.
