Todd is a horticulturist and just an amazing human being... He met with us in our new to us home in Laurel Woodlands in Nokomis... He explained each plant we owned, and made outstanding recommendations for transforming our back yard into a real sanctuary... He had a helper, Chris, who seemed very knowledgeable and both guys worked very hard to make the project go smoothly... We love the results and could not recommend Todd any more highly...

I was so thrilled when I first met Mr. Foster. Such a kind, seemingly knowledgeable person. I had my lawn person with me when we discussed what plants to use in our front yard landscaping plan. My lawn person expressed concern later, stating that he thought many of the plants Mr. Foster suggested would not fare well due to too much or too little sunlight in the areas he proposed to put them. I chose to trust Mr. Foster, as he was the professional. Over 75% of the plants died. He came back once to replace a few, and they died too. He told me he thought it was due to the acidity in our water. This seemed reasonable, so I had our water tested, and it was fine. After numerous phone calls left unanswered, over many weeks, Mr. Foster finally called me (months later) and said he would be back to replace the plants that weekend. He never came and he never returned my subsequent phone calls. I essentially paid for what are no mostly dead plants. The worse part it is that we were selling our house, and the realtor refused to show it in that condition. I was unfailing very kind, understanding and undemanding (likely the problem!) and gave Mr. Foster months to come back; my kindness was rewarded with disrespect and inaction. I even told him i would pay more money if need be, to no avail (I had already paid him 100% in full.) He should be ashamed of himself. I told him it was a small job from the very beginning, so if he didn't take small jobs, to just let me know up front. I know he has bigger fish to fry and am well aware that the little jobs take a back seat, which is why I made that very clear. But taking money and then not returning calls or finishing a job is just simply unethical. I couldn't be more disappointed.

Todd's design works for our space; he listens. Accommodated our schedule and efficiently did install. Very nice person and helped our neighbor too! Juliana
