They were on time, did a full diagnosis of the problem, presented options for the needed repairs at reasonable price points to ensure I had full information (for example: do I prefer to clean the filter or replace it? Repair the aging motor or replace it with a new one? Etc). The lead team member, Tony, showed me before/after pictures of everything they worked on to ensure I understood the work they completed and they follow that up with a full report detailing the work, with photos, for my files. They were polite, professional, friendly and fast. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone with heating and air needs. Great service HVAC Florida!"

I have never seen so thorough a cleaning job in my over 50 years of owning houses. It was as if they had taken everything in the house apart, cleaned it and put it back together. The windows the granite, the floors, the fans and lights - all looked like new and the garage floor after 10+ years, looked like it had just been installed. What a value for three hours of work! "I am very grateful to Robert and his staff at Signature Services Floor care and Cleaning. They helped me in my time of panic. I hired another company to clean my grout and tile. They were in my empty house 30 min. They left my tile with a chalk/fog film and what looked like spot marks on tile. I attempted to fix the problem for 5 days. In a panic I got on Home Advisors found Signature Services. Robert contacted me in less then 1 hour. I explained my situation. Robert juggled his busy schedule to come to the house that same day. He was very knowledgeable and compassionate about my fears of my ruined tile. He tested several tiles with his product. He wanted to make sure he could help me. This was a Wednesday I was flying out Friday and had furniture that was being delivered Monday. Robert again juggled his busy schedule to get my tile cleaned on Friday.
