I've used Titus in the past so called them again for this simple wall fixture re-install. Jerome did a good job, but I thought the price charged was quite high for the fifteen-minutes it took him to do the job.

Most of my mobile trailer lost power. I called on a Thursday and the receptionist answered "... how can we make you smile today?" Even though it was not critical, they set me up for a service call the next day. Mark was at my place at 11:30am, surveyed my problem, left to get parts, had everything wrapped up by 3:45pm. He gave me several options to a) fix the immediate problem and b) suggested upgrades - all electronically. I heartily recommend this service-oriented company.
