We were very pleased with Adam's work. He was prompt, knowledgeable about what needed to be done and polite. We would use Titus Electric again.

The service and timeframe was great! The job site was left very clean. Our technician was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The only reason a five star was not given is because Titus is very expensive. The cost for our repairs was over the top.
This was really first class electrical service in our home. Greyson Allen was very professional and knew how to handle everything that we needed. He had to enter our attic on a very hot day to install an electric fixture and did this and other things without complaint. We had one phase of the incoming electricity down, which resulted in some of our electrical circuits not working, but not all, and the microwave not working. Very confusing, and Caleb figured it out, then noticed that the incoming lines (2 phases and ground) did not have the expected connectors used by XCel. We called XCel, and they found that one connector was arcing. They replaced the connectors for free. The previous work was done about 5 years ago by another electrical company
They were courteous, clean, focused, and thorough. They offered 3 options for payments and service. They changed the existing fixtures to match the new lights. Titus Electrical also changed the wall switches to enable the recessed lighting to turn on and off, which did not exist before (due to the +50 age of the house). Lastly, they changed a breaker in our electrical box which did not match the amperage required regarding the wiring in the wall switch. I would recommend them to family and friends.
