Michael Kingsmore, P.E. performed a structural review of cracks in the brick veneer of a home my daughter is considering purchasing. He confirmed that the cracks were consistent with minor settling of the home due to its age and not a result of serious foundation problems. His recommendation was to seal the cracks to prevent moisture seepage (caulk and/or mortar). Another company had recommended "emergency" repairs of approximately $5,000.00 to install helical lifts and expanding foam under the slab foundation. Michael's professional advice and assistance was well worth the cost.

Patrick was so efficient and professional. His work was done in a very timely manner and I would highly recommend him. In addition, he was very pleasant to work with. I live out of the state from where the work was done and dealt with him via cell phones and I felt very comfortable that the job would be done properly.
