The pro did an excellent and timely job. He was efficient and cleaned up the job. He removed the flooring and put all the furniture back. He shared a problem that needed looking at and came back to address a small problem. He was extremely polite and I would hire him again.

Chris did an outstanding job installing the large flat backsplash tiles in our kitchen. We hired VersaTile to replace the grout and caulk in our primary bathroom shower. Our house was built in 2001 and the shower has seen better days. We love the tile in our shower and chose to replace the grout and caulk in lieu of replacing the whole shower with new tiles. I contacted Chris at VersaTile and sent him photos and scheduled an appointment for him to inspect our shower. Chris inspected our shower on a Sunday and gave us a fair price to do the job. He also checked to see if there was a possible water pan leak, which fortunately, there was not. He said that he could do the job on Tuesday. We hired him on the spot. He arrived at 9:00 that morning and completed the job within 6 hours. The shower came out gorgeous. It looks brand new, just like the day when we moved in. Chris is a perfectionist and worked continuously until the job was done. I highly recommend Chris at VersaTile and will use him for other projects in the future.
