I was very impressed with how quickly they got back to me, and how professional and clear our communication was. The house was pretty clean when they arrived, but the floors and cabinets needed cleaning. The products used on the stainless steel left swipe marks that took three attempts on my part to correct, and they walked on the wet wood floors leaving foot prints. Also, I should have asked about scents in cleaning products, I had the house open for two days and can still smell the products, smells musty.
