He also did some repairs to some trim and a small section of siding in the prep work that look great. What is even more special about his company being a local family owned business is when he needed help from a crew on the big days it was his brothers that joined the project. If you want to preserve as much of your original siding as possible without redoing your whole house, they will do it gladly. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
