Talley's Heating and Air

Absolutely outstanding person, service, and work. We rolled snake eyes this winter with all 3 of our weird house's old heating systems going out within a week or so of each other. We got a good discount on doing multiple systems at once, and one of the systems is just an awesome super quiet "ducted mini split" system that is efficient beyond anything and allowed us to completely replace one gas furnace. Dustin believes in his work and his crew and we will absolutely be going back to him in future with any related work.

It was a real pleasure having Talley's heating and Air do our annual service on our HVAC system. They are very knowledgeable and did a detailed an thorough review of our entire system. Some companies have great pride in their work and I could see right away that Talley's is one of them. Furthermore, we are a household that does not wear shoes indoors and it was refreshing not having to ask. Would highly recommend Talley's to anyone and would do business with them again.

We've had Dustin repair and then eventually replace our HVAC system in Durham, as well as for annual maintenance. He is quick to respond when called, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He has provided better service at a better price than other companies we've worked with in the past. We highly recommend Dustin for your heating and air needs.

Dustin came out to perform annual system maintenance. He changed out the whole house filter, checked out the indoor and out door unit, cleared the drain line and washed my coils. He was efficient and easy to work with, responsive to my questions and did not make me feel like an idiot. I highly recommend him!

I called Dustin on a Saturday afternoon to set up an appointment because our AC wasn't working. It was in the upper 80s and he was incredulous that I was willing to wait until Monday and not ask him to come out immediately?!? We agreed Sunday would be fine, as he already planning on being in the area. I was concerned that my 30+ year old unit was dead, I was worried about cost... Turns out it was just a burned out motor that failed because the previous home owner's repair tech used the wrong capacitor... Yep, that cheap part ruined an expensive one! Dustin Talley wouldn't do me like that! No cutting corners by using the wrong part, just because it on the truck! He had what he needed to fix my unit right, the first time! If it breaks down again, he'll be the one I'll call! I've already passed his number on to a few friends! (Eventually, my old system will die. I asked Dustin about my options and he will be who I call for the big job too!) Great work, very reasonable price, extremely trustworthy!* *A less scrupulous company would have taken advantage and talked about replacement instead of repair.

Dustin is the man to call for any AC/heating needs. Replaced a 50+ year old central air system with no muss and no fuss for a great price. Personable, efficient, great value.
