Job was not completed, I have sent messages and phone calls. He was only concerned about getting his payment.
Response from Company:
As with all of our services, payment is due at time of service. Service was started in March and we never received payment and have returned 6 more times to address different problems with no compensation. We did not hear from you from March until May..... We went back to your home on 07/25 only to discover the original issue was taken care of and repaired. A new entry point and a possible 2nd exist since our job was completed. My son instructed you that he would be more than happy to take care of the new problem but first wanted payment that was owed. You persisted in trying to get him to take care of this new problem then you would pay.

Very responsive to our inquiry and determined the type of infestation and what we needed to resolve the problem. While Mike was here, we talked to him about the wood bees which were flying around and boring holes in our front porch and back deck; he treated for those and we have not seen any since. We also thought we had a critter that had dug under the facing of our deck and Mike recommended blocking two smaller holes and setting a trap for the larger entrance. His son came out the next day and installed the grates and the trap— all humane but will hopefully solve the problem. (So far we haven’t caught anybody so it might have moved on). We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for many reasons: 1. responsive and took time to assess our needs and made HONEST and FAIR recommendations ; 2. Cost was very reasonable; 3. later follow up; 4. Fair warranty; 5. It looks like our problem(s) are solved. It is nice to deal with an individual who has integrity.
