I hired them to get the animal in the attic out. They set up a one way exit for the animal for 2 months. I paid them and I still have the same issue. Never solved!

Awesome friendly service. Is there a price for piece of mind? Well, I was sure X-Terminator was real because the price was so fair compared to others to get rid of bedbugs. I have never been this happy on a Friday the 13th, I have already past his name on to my other rental property managers. Thanks Mike and Drake!!!

I was kind of disappointed. The X-terminator was friendly when he came to inspect my condo. He put bait out which I had explained I already tried but figured maybe this was better quality and he s the professional. After a few days I noticed the bait had not been eaten by the rodents. The holes they were coming through weren t covered either. I texted him 4 times but only got the response they should be . Now I probably will need to pay for someone else to come out again.

Drake was kind, honest, friendly and checked with me daily on squirrels/noises in attic. Easy to work with n showed early for the appt. drake/Xterminator n Paul/Gutter masters had a meet n greet at appt. worked well bc ea communicated w/ ea other, squirrels gone n job done in 6 days. Thank u
