Mike responded immediately to my request for help. He sprayed the large hornets' nest while I hid inside. He returned several more times to make sure the hornets were dead and removed the nest and placed it in the garbage. The fee was very reasonable and saved me a trip to the ER if I had been stung. I'd call Mike again.

Mike, the X-Terminator, was the first person I spoke with. I told him I had the nest of a Bald Faced Hornet. He gave me a quote of $150, joking that it was a discount from his usual $48,000. We laughed, and I told him I was going to call other companies for their quotes. I called 4 other companies, and I got higher quotes, from $200 to $498. I called Mike back and told him about the other quotes and that I wanted him to do the job for his discounted price. We laughed again. Mike came out the next day. He sprayed the nest and then knocked on my door. I opened the door and there was this big guy with a great smile on his face. He noticed carpenter ants around my front door and sprayed them and my porch down the steps and my sidewalk. I haven't seen any since. Mike is a great and funny guy. We spoke and laughed some more. I will recommend The X-Terminator to everyone I know. I appreciated his work and his humor. You can't go wrong hiring Mike.
