They arrived on time, did the work quickly and explained what they were doing (this is our first time owning a pool). We'll definitely use them going forward for both opening and closing.

They did a very nice job closing our pool for the season. Excellent work and I was able to get the appointment on my requested day. Liz was great.

Did not meet scheduled appointments and damaged my pool.
Response from Company:
The damage being referenced to in this review was a $5.00 above ground piece of plastic coping. The company that closed the pool threaded the cover cord behind the cap, which was inaccurate and placed unnecessary stress on the cap which caused a small fracture. I offered to replace the cap when I was made aware of the damage and explained the correct way to secure the cover so the client could recognize this in the future. Unfortunately the client did not take me up of the offer. As far as the scheduling adjustment, I always try to explain to customers that pool service is a service and we try our best to meet every appointment in time within reason. The technicians can run behind at times and if so we try to contact any clients that may be pushed back. Occasionally the technicians find themselves in secluded areas and cannot get signal to call a client and sadly rescheduling may be necessary. Rescheduled appointments take place the following business day. Many clients are flexible and a few hour or even a day delay is considered within reason. We try our to make every appointment within the arranged scheduled window.
