    Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and gave me good information! I will hire them again! And if you have your own chemicals they are glad to use them which will save you money.

    Unreliable !Does not show up when she tells you she will. Never came back to clean pool as promised. Ladder was crooked because screws was put in wrong place . Definitely don't recommend !

    Lady did walk through at the end. Had ample time to have us adjust anything. Also, the screw holes were stripped, so we had to make new holes in already dry rotten deck. Lady approved and paid us. I had a baby 3 days later. Spent 2 weeks recuperating. Sent text message and e-mail to notify. Unfortunate timing but baby came early.

    Chose The Pool Cleaner when service we used out of Rhinebeck for ten years got very lax. The Pool cleaner responded quickly. We used company to replace a pump and filter. Owner communicated promptly when unable to make appointment. Rescheduled and came on holiday weekend. No experience using for weekly maintenance yet. Will now hire the Pool Cleaner for ongoing maintenance. Small company- owner does the work.

    We had not opened our pool for two years. The Pool Cleaners came and did a good job of getting the pool ready to swim in again.

    Unresponsive, didn't show up when scheduled numerous times, & has yet to complete the job. I would NEVER recommend this company.

    Was booked through the instant book feature. Do not know this person and was unaware of booking. I also did not know how to use the feature at that time. I also discontinued it after realizing it's not good to book without speaking with the client.
