The Plumbing Authority got back to me right away once I connected with them on Angi. We agreed on a date and time for them to come to my house and they were there exactly when they said they would be. Mikhail was very polite and professional and didn't try and "upsell" me anything. He kept the area that he was working in clean and when he left you wouldn't have known he was ever there except for the leak problem had been fixed. He completed the work very timely. I like The Plumbing Authority very much and would highly recommend them.

I was originally quoted for repairs and a new shower pan. When they came to do the work they said the shower pan was not in the work order, even though it was the main issue. We ended up paying double the original quote and the work was subpar.
